TREND 2025 at the Teatro Belli

In 2025, the TREND - New Frontiers of the British Scene festival returned to the Teatro Belli in Rome, in the Trastevere district, for the traditional autumn appointment with contemporary English and Irish drama. Curated by Rodolfo di Giammarco, the edition featured a selection of texts mostly unpublished in Italy, translated for the occasion and entrusted to Italian directors and actors through staged readings and productions. The event, supported by the Municipality of Rome within the context of the Lazio region, reaffirmed its vocation as a cultural bridge between the British scene and the capital's public.
