Transumando - Festival of the Transhumance

The 27th Festival of the Transhumance enlivened Bressanvido from September 26 to October 6, 2025. The herd of about 600 head started on Friday, September 26 at 10:00 AM from the Marcesina plateau, covering about 80 km through Enego, Foza, Gallio, and Lusiana Conco, to arrive in town on Sunday, September 28 at 5:00 PM, welcomed by over twenty thousand people. The Festival of Agriculture (11th edition, October 1-6) proposed the theme "Future on the Table: What's the Taste?", inspired by the UN's 2030 Agenda, with workshops and conferences on nutrition, well-being, and sustainability. On Sunday, October 5, the most anticipated moment of the Great Festival of Latterie Vicentine: the cutting of the largest Asiago DOP cheese wheel in Italy, over 1000 kg from 11,000 liters of milk. Completing the festival were the musical evenings at the Corte degli Ulivi and the food stand.
