Trail del Galestro

The third edition of the Trail del Galestro, held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, in Marradi, confirmed the charm of running in the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines. Two routes were offered: the 32 km long race with 1,540 meters of elevation gain and the 20 km medium race with 900 meters of elevation gain, for a total of 84 classified athletes (44 on the long course, 40 on the medium).

On the 32 km route, Daniele Roccon (Scuola di Maratona Vittorio Veneto) won in 2h55'09", and Giulia Ravasini (Atletica Imola Sacmi Avis) took the women's title. On the 20 km route, Alain Donatini (Asd Tosco-Romagnola) and Sarah Tondini (Pol. Dilettantistica Santa Lucia) triumphed. The race, organized by Marradi Single Track, was included in the UISP calendar and awarded points valid for international ITRA and UTMB rankings.
