Edition 2025 — Selva Association Parade

On August 15, 2025, Selva di Val Gardena celebrated the traditional Ferragosto Festival of the associations, with a costume parade that passed through Via Nives, Via Meisules, and Piazza del Municipio. The floats, inspired by the theme "Sëlva Zacan y Ncuei," paid tribute to the past and present of the Ladin community. For the first time, a jury competition awarded the most original floats, in a day marked by brass band concerts, folk groups, and live music.

2025 Edition

The Ferragosto Festival on August 15, 2025, in Selva di Val Gardena saw the village associations parade in traditional attire, accompanied by floats inspired by the theme "Sëlva Zacan y Ncuei" (Selva yesterday and today). A new feature this year was a jury competition to reward the most creative and representative floats.

The day was enlivened by concerts from the S. Genesio/S. Michele Appiano and Selva brass bands, the Selva/S. Cristina folk dance group, and, in the evening, musical entertainment with Mattia Demetz in Piazza del Municipio.
