Tradition and New Oil Festival

The 2024 edition of the Tradition and New Oil Festival was held on Sunday, December 15, 2024, in Riparbella, in the heated area of Parco Alberto Dalla Chiesa. The highlight was the convivial lunch, with a single seating starting at noon, featuring a menu dedicated to traditional country flavors: appetizers enhanced by new oil, homemade pappardelle, mixed grilled meats, and desserts prepared by local bakeries.

The day, organized by Pro Loco Riparbella with mandatory reservations, was also an opportunity to admire the art installations created from trees salvaged after floods and the murals by street artists on the village facades, anticipating the Christmas initiatives of the following weekend in this authentic corner of the province of Pisa.
