Edition 2025 — Totò Meat Festival
The 2025 edition of the Totò Meat Festival renewed the June appointment at Masseria Palmento in Collepasso, in the Lecce Salento. The event re-proposed its proven formula: meat dishes from the family farm — grilled meats, meat stew, meatballs, and the traditional horse meat — served in the rural setting of the masseria. There was no shortage of live music, a local craft market, and the convivial atmosphere that, since 2023, has characterized this festival born in memory of Salvatore "Totò" Casaluci. Free admission and ample parking, as per tradition.
