Toscana Filmmakers Festival

The tenth edition of the Toscana Filmmakers Festival celebrated the event's tenth anniversary, scheduled from June 18 to 20, 2025, at the Castello dell'Imperatore in Prato, with screenings starting at 9:30 PM. Organized by the Associazione Culturale Cinema Italiano with the support of the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Prato, as part of Prato Estate, the edition featured three nights dedicated to Tuscan cinema.

The first evening opened with the screening of the short film "Ultima Volta", created by students from the Filippo Mazzei secondary school in Poggio a Caiano. The jury, composed of Elisabetta Vagaggini, Lino Ruggiero, and Veronica Ranocchi, awarded the prize for the best short film in the CortoToscana competition and presented special mentions.
