Edition 2025 — Tortello and Bardiccio Festival

The 2025 edition of the Tortello, Sausage and Bardiccio Festival took place in Pelago over the weekends of August 29-30-31 and September 5-6-7 at the "La Pira" Pastoral Center. In 2025, the festival once again celebrated the flavors of the Florentine Mountains, with potato tortelli, Pelago-style sausage, and bardiccio as the main stars of the evenings.

In 2025, the Tortello, Sausage and Bardiccio Festival was held in Pelago, in the Province of Florence, over two weekends: August 29-30-31 and September 5-6-7, at the "La Pira" Pastoral Center on Via Vallombrosana.

Dinners, starting at 7:00 PM, featured the traditional menu of the event: handmade potato tortelli, tagliatelle with bardiccio sauce, Pelago-style sausage, grilled bardiccio, Tuscan appetizers, mixed roasts, fagioli all'uccelletto, grilled meats, and desserts. A very popular event for the inhabitants of the Valdisieve, organized by the A.S.D. Pelago.
