Edition 2025 — Tortello Festival

The 2025 edition of the Tortello Festival took place on Sunday, July 6, 2025, in Palazzuolo sul Senio, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Pro Loco set up the gastronomic stand at the Casa del Villeggiante, where local sfogline served potato and ricotta-spinach tortelli, prepared with cheeses from the local dairy after hundreds of hours of artisanal work. The tortelli were also offered in village restaurants, and the day concluded with live music.

2025 Tortello Festival

On Sunday, July 6, 2025, Palazzuolo sul Senio celebrated its Tortello Festival, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the Pro Loco stand at the Casa del Villeggiante. The sfogline hand-prepared potato tortelli and ricotta and spinach tortelli, using cheeses from the local dairy, dedicating hundreds of hours to the fresh pasta.

The tortelli were served both at the stand and in the village restaurants, in a festival spread throughout the streets of the Mugello village. The day included entertainment for children and concluded with an evening show and live music, confirming the Tortello Festival as one of the most cherished gastronomic events in the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines.
