Edition 2025 — Tortello and Schiacciata Festival

In 2025, the Tortello and Schiacciata Festival enlivened the Medici Park of Pratolino, in Vaglia, on weekends from May 9th through the June 2nd long weekend. At La Locanda, inside the park, the stars were Mugello-style potato tortelli and handmade stuffed schiacciate, accompanied by sunset aperitifs and a kids' area, in a highly popular edition that paved the way for the event's summer extension.

The 2025 edition of the Tortello and Schiacciata Festival took place at the Medici Park of Pratolino (Villa Demidoff), in the municipality of Vaglia, on the weekends between May 9 and June 2, 2025.

At La Locanda, inside the park, the kitchen offered continuous service of Mugello-style potato tortelli and handmade stuffed schiacciate, along with sunset aperitifs and a kids' area. The great public success led the organizers to bring the festival back in a new summer edition in June.
