Edition 2025 — Torrone Festival of Piana Crixia

On December 8, 2025, Piana Crixia celebrated the Torrone Festival, with stalls of artisanal nougat, mulled wine, and traditional sweets in the town center, along with the farmer's nativity scene, to open the Christmas season in the Bormida Valley.

The 2025 edition confirmed the tradition of the Torrone Festival in Piana Crixia, on the day of the Immaculate Conception. The town center was filled with stalls of artisanal nougat, a typical product of the area, accompanied by hot mulled wine and traditional sweets.

The festival, also linked to the farmer's nativity scene, opened the Christmas season in the Savona hinterland, confirming sweetness as the protagonist of a day of tradition and conviviality in the Bormida Valley.
