Torneo dei Quartieri Gran Leò de Jesi

The 2025 edition marked the return of the Gran Leò de Jesi after years of absence, reviving a tradition that the city had not experienced since the early nineties. The evening, organised by the Municipality of Jesi, took place on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 9 PM in the Public Gardens of Viale Cavallotti.

The ten District Committees competed in the three traditional games — the sack race, 'l padellò de lo stagnaro, and 'l cigno dei giardì — involving about eighty participants of all ages. The Historic Centre district emerged victorious. The award ceremony took place during the Notte Azzurra on Saturday, September 6, on the stage in Viale Cavallotti, sealing a revival welcomed with enthusiasm by the city.
