Törggelezeit in Kastelbell-Tschars

The 2025 edition of the Törggelezeit in Kastelbell-Tschars (Castelbello-Ciardes) took place from September 27 to November 16. In the Buschenschenken and farmsteads of the lower Vinschgau Valley, visitors tasted the new vintage, roasted chestnuts, dumplings, speck, and homemade sausages with sauerkraut and potatoes.

The season was marked by several events: guided tastings and walks through the vineyards and chestnut groves from September 23 to November 11, the Herbstkonzert mit Törggelen by the Musikkapelle Tschars on Sunday, October 12, in the square in Tschars, and the Törggelefest in the alleys and cellars of Galsaun on October 18 and 19.

2025 Seasonal events

• Gourmet walks through the vineyards — from September 23 to November 11, 2025, with organic wine tastings (meeting at 2:00 PM at the Kastelbell tourist office, cost approx. €15).
• Herbstkonzert mit Törggelen — Musikkapelle Tschars — Sunday, October 12, 2025, 11:00 AM, in the square in Tschars.
• Törggelefest in the alleys and cellars of Galsaun — Saturday, October 18 from 5:00 PM and Sunday, October 19 from 11:00 AM.

Throughout the season, the village's Buschenschenken (including Schlosswirt Juval, Angerguterkeller, Niedermoarhof, and Gstirnerhof) served new wine, chestnuts, and traditional autumn dishes.
