Törggelen in Bressanone

The 2025 edition of Törggelen in Bressanone took place throughout the autumn, from early October until Advent. Among the guided proposals by Bressanone Tourism, the The Fifth Season: Törggelen & Wine Tasting experience was held every Wednesday from October 1st to November 5th, 2025: a three-hour walk with a visit to a winery in the Varna area, a tasting of three white wines, and a traditional dinner at a farm. In parallel, the Törggelen Behind the Scenes experience took place (from October 2nd to November 6th, 2025), in addition to walks along the chestnut trail towards Novacella and Velturno. In the farmsteads, visitors enjoyed new wine, chestnuts, Schlutzkrapfen, dumplings, and Schlachtplatte, in the spirit of the most authentic autumn tradition of the Isarco Valley.
