Edition 2025 — Törggelefest Montagna

The 2025 edition of the Montagna/Montan Törggelefest took place in October, organized by the local branch of the KFS (Katholischer Familienverband Südtirols). True to the Törggelen tradition, the festival offered roasted chestnuts, new wine, and South Tyrolean rustic specialties, bringing the Bassa Atesina village community together for an afternoon of autumn conviviality along the Wine Road.

In the autumn of 2025, the village of Montagna/Montan, in the province of Bolzano, renewed the traditional Törggelefest promoted by the KFS association. The festival was part of the municipality's autumn calendar, alongside other Törggelen-themed events animated by local associations. As is customary, participants were able to enjoy roasted chestnuts (Keschtn), new wine, and grape must, along with speck, Schüttelbrot, dumplings, and other traditional South Tyrolean specialties. It was an opportunity to celebrate the harvest in the heart of the Pinot Noir region, at the foot of the Monte Corno Nature Park.
