The 2025 Tollegno Charity Carnival

In 2025, Il Gatto and La Micia, the historic masks of Tollegno, once again led the festivities of the Charity Carnival in the Province of Biella. The event opened with the usual popular collection for the traditional bean stew, a tangible sign of the entire community's involvement.

The program, distributed door-to-door by members of the Committee, featured the most beloved highlights of the Tollegno tradition: the arrival of the masks, masquerade parades through the village streets, the carnival dinner, the Children's Carnival, the Fagiolatissima, and the Gran Bal dal Lünes. As every year, the event was organized by the Pro Loco of Tollegno and the Carnival Committee, with the goal of donating the proceeds to charity.
