Tolentino Carnival

The Tolentino Carnival 2025 confirmed its nature as a popular and widespread festival. The event began on Saturday, March 1, with the "Carnival Circus" in Zona Sticchi, featuring street artists, DJ sets, and entertainment, and reached its most anticipated moment on Sunday, March 2, with the parade of masked groups along Piazza della Libertà and the historic centre of Tolentino (MC). The overall victory was claimed by the Gruppo Festeggiamenti Le Grazie, ahead of Contrada San Giuseppe (second) and Divina Pastora (third). Among the special prizes, the award for the most original group went to Quartiere Buozzi-Vaglie, for the most inclusive to Quartiere Foro Boario with the young people from ProssimaMente, and for the largest group to the Lucatelli-Don Bosco Nursery School.
