To Arms, To Arms! 2025
The 2025 edition brought back to Castel Beseno (Besenello, Trentino) the grand historical re-enactment dedicated to 16th-century military life. As part of the DiCastelloInCastello festival organized by the Santa Chiara Cultural Services Centre and the Castello del Buonconsiglio, groups of re-enactors from various Italian regions and European countries set up a historical camp at the foot of the walls.
The public was able to witness training displays, arquebus firing, skirmishes, and duels, as well as educational workshops, music, and entertainment. The most anticipated moment was the "Truppe, alle armi!" show, which featured all the companies in the field to recreate the atmosphere of the 1487 Battle of Calliano.
