Edition 2025 — Tinca and Asparagus Fair
The 68th edition (2025)
In 2025, the Tinca and Asparagus Fair enlivened the historic center of Poirino from May 9 to 14, confirming the formula of six days of widespread celebration in the heart of the Turin Pianalto. Supported by the Metropolitan City of Turin, the event offered food stalls with traditional dishes based on tinca and asparagus, an agricultural fair, exhibitions, musical performances, sports events, and a funfair.
In the 2025 edition as well, the protagonists were the two local delicacies — the Tinca Gobba Dorata del Pianalto di Poirino PDO and local asparagus — celebrated through tastings, convivial moments, and initiatives dedicated to the rural culture of the Municipality of Poirino and the entire Pianalto area.
