Tierser Grisufestl (Volunteer Firefighters' Festival)

Tierser Grisufestl 2025 — the second edition

The Tierser Grisufestl 2.0 was held on Friday, September 4, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, at the Civil Protection Centre (Zivilschutzzentrum) of Tires al Catinaccio, in South Tyrol. Organized by the Volunteer Firefighters of Tires, the festival featured the famous charcoal-grilled chicken as the main dish, accompanied by South Tyrolean gastronomic specialties and drinks.

For families, an inflatable play area was set up for children, while the evening was spent in a spirit of conviviality among the local community. The event, now in its second edition, reaffirmed the bond between the volunteer firefighter corps and the community of Val di Tires, at the foot of the Catinaccio.
