Edition 2025 — The White and the Red
The 15th edition of "Il Bianco e la Rossa" took place from August 29th to 31st, 2025, in Rotonda, featuring talks on DOP products, a show cooking by chef Luca Pappagallo, tastings, and music, celebrating the White Bean and Red Eggplant of Rotonda DOP in the Pollino Park.
The 15th Edition
From August 29th to 31st, 2025, Rotonda hosted the fifteenth edition of "Il Bianco e la Rossa". The program opened on August 29th with an institutional debate on the promotion of the two DOP products and food and wine tourism, followed by the opening of stands and a Radionorba show. August 30th featured the show cooking by chef Luca Pappagallo and an evening dedicated to tarantella, before the closing on August 31st. A celebration that confirmed the festival's role as a showcase for the Pollino's excellences.
