The Night of the Lit Stills

The 2025 Edition

The 17th edition of The Night of the Lit Stills was held in Santa Massenza, a hamlet of the Vallelaghi municipality, from December 5th to 8th, 2025, with great public participation and several sold-out performances. The itinerant theatrical show, hosted by Patrizio Roversi with the Koinè theater company, accompanied visitors — divided into groups and equipped with radio headsets — through the village's five distilleries (Giovanni Poli, Casimiro, Francesco, Giulio & Mauro, Maxentia).

At each stop, the audience enjoyed a twenty-minute acted episode and sampled grappa paired with local sweets. Two refreshment points with traditional dishes, set up at the Antica Distilleria Giovanni Poli and the Azienda Agricola Francesco, completed the experience at this event, which confirms Santa Massenza as the capital of Trentino artisan grappa.
