Edition 2025 — The Legend of Isabella
In August 2025, Bella hosted a new edition of The Legend of Isabella, the historical re-enactment that brings to life the sacrifice of the maiden against the Norman invader. Hundreds of costumed participants, live music, and light and sound effects animated the Aragonese Castle and the historic center, followed by the traditional food and wine trail.
The 2025 edition of The Legend of Isabella confirmed the event's success, with the grand historical re-enactment in the center of Bella and at the Aragonese Castle. Amidst steeds, knights, ladies, and commoners, the participants brought Isabella's story to life, before the food and wine trail featuring the flavors of the Marmo Platano region and the evening of music and dancing in the square.
