The Last Grape Harvest / Das letzte Fuhrwerk

The 2025 edition was held on Saturday, October 11, in Cornaiano, a village in Appiano sulla strada del vino (BZ). After the opening at 11:00 AM at the Tannerhof, the pageant started at 2:30 PM with the Saltner, the Cornaiano brass band, participants in traditional costumes, and antique harvest tools; the tractor brought the final load of grapes to the church square, where the press crushed the clusters into must. From 3:00 PM, the Törggelefest at the Glögglhof farm offered wines from Cornaiano cellars, must and Suser, roasted chestnuts, barley soup, speck, and krapfen, in an afternoon dedicated to South Tyrolean autumn tradition.
