Edition 2025 — The Heart of the Mountain
The spring of 2025 confirmed the deep bond between Ormea and its mountain traditions. The most anticipated moment remains Corpus Domini, the identity festival of the Upper Tanaro Valley village: the inhabitants of Via Roma, together with volunteers, collect the golden laburnum flowers to weave them into garlands suspended between the houses, forming a ceiling of flowers under which the ancient procession passes. Around this heart of tradition, the valley in the province of Cuneo offered hikes, cultural moments, and opportunities to meet in the nature of the Ligurian Alps, laying the foundations for the widespread festival that has brought these events together under the name The Heart of the Mountain since 2026.
