Edition 2025 — Misserio Living Nativity
The 2025 Edition
The fourth edition of the Misserio Living Nativity took place over two evenings, on December 28, 2025, and January 3, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM. The itinerant performance, titled in dialect «E Diu si fici carni», saw the district open its doors to visitors along a route animated by local residents.
Promoted by the San Vito Martire Parish of Misserio, the event was part of the rich Christmas calendar of the Municipality of Santa Teresa di Riva, in the province of Messina, which for 2025 organized about twenty events including concerts, bingo nights, recitals, and living nativity scenes, with an expenditure of approximately 80,000 euros for events and holiday lighting.
