Thanksgiving Festival

17th Edition — November 9, 2025

The seventeenth edition of the Thanksgiving Festival took place on Sunday, November 9, 2025, in the historic center of Villa Santa Maria, in the province of Chieti. The village, known as the 'Home of Chefs', dedicated the day to the fruits of the earth and rural traditions, blending history, culture, sounds, and flavors.

Artisans, local producers, and associations gathered in the village streets with stalls featuring artistic crafts, agricultural exhibitions, and food and wine tastings. To complete the festival, a evocative exhibition of archival photos documented rural life and traditions of the past, restoring to the community the memory of its agricultural heritage.
