Thanksgiving Festival / Erntedankfest

2025 Edition

The 25th edition of the Thanksgiving Festival was held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, in Piazza Walther in Bolzano, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The square hosted approximately 40 exhibitors, including 17 farmers from the Gallo Rosso circuit, offering a rich selection of farm products: jams, wine, cider, cheeses, bread, fruits, vegetables, spices, speck, honey, and organic cosmetics.

The supporting program featured cooking demonstrations by local farmers dedicated to the secrets of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a petting zoo with farm sheep and goats, a hay-filled play area (Heuhupfen) for children, an exhibition of vintage tractors on Via della Mostra, and entertainment with Tyrolean folk music and groups. The event, a certified GreenEvent, encouraged visitors to use eco-friendly transportation.
