Tempa in Festa

The 2025 edition of Tempa in Festa took place as per tradition in August, in the Tempa area of San Rufo, in the heart of the Vallo di Diano in the Province of Salerno. That year, the event once again proposed its well-established formula: food stalls with local peasant dishes, evenings of live folk music, and space for the tarantella, the dance that has always accompanied the rites linked to the Madonna della Tempa in San Rufo.

The festival was organized by the Tempa in Festa APS Association, chaired by Giuseppe Mario Muraro, whose volunteer members manage the kitchen, the setup of the area, and the memory of the Angelo Muraro Memorial. The detailed program of the 2025 edition is no longer available online: the available sources document the subsequent edition, that of 2026, with precision, which brought the event to its eleventh edition, confirming its continuity over the years.
