The youngest riders take centre stage at the velodrome
The Techna L.P. Trophy is one of the flagship races of the Unione Ciclistica Martellago-Maerne-Olmo, a club celebrating over fifty years of activity in 2026. It takes place at the Martellago Velodrome, in the province of Venice, and combines a cross-country race with Giocociclismo, the fun-sport activity designed to introduce younger children to cycling.
Cross-country for young cyclists
The race is reserved for the Giovanissimi category, which includes cyclists aged 3 to 12, on an off-road course set up within the velodrome. Giocociclismo, recognized by the Italian Cycling Federation, offers skill tests and guided courses in a fun and playful atmosphere.
A tradition of youth cycling in Veneto
The event, also titled the Gran Premio Comune di Martellago, is part of the calendar of events that animate the Miranese territory and testify to the strong roots of youth cycling in Veneto. The Martellago velodrome has been a reference point for the training of young cycling athletes for decades.

How to get there
Martellago can be reached by car from the SR245 Castellana, which connects Mestre to Castelfranco Veneto. The nearest train stations are Mestre and Maerne. The Martellago Velodrome is accessible from the town centre.
Admission and participation
Free admission for the public. Participation in the race is reserved for registered members of the youth categories according to the regulations of the Italian Cycling Federation.
