Edition 2025 — Teatri Riflessi
Teatri Riflessi 2025: the tenth edition
The tenth edition of Teatri Riflessi took place from July 12 to 20, 2025, between Zafferana Etnea and Viagrande, in the province of Catania. The festival brought together 28 Italian and international companies, with 11 national premiere shows, dance film works, meetings with authors, workshops, and labs for young readers.
The International Short Performance Competition, in its tenth anniversary, brought 13 companies from three continents to the stage. The main awards went to Do birds dream of flying? by Fabla Collective (best short), A volo d'angelo by Federica Cottini (best dramaturgy), and Speechless by Heung Won Lee (best direction).
With approximately 150 professionals involved, 16 accommodation facilities, and over 20 local partners, the 2025 edition confirmed the festival's strong roots in the Etna-Ionian area and its significant local economic impact.
