Teatri a Mare 2025
The 2025 edition of the Teatri a Mare Festival was held in Pozzallo (RG), from 26 August to 6 September, at the Arena Raganzino on the seafront, with evening performances at 8:30 PM. The artistic direction was curated by the Nave Argo cultural association, with the support of the Municipality of Pozzallo and the Sicilian Region.
The programme offered five events for children and families:
- 26 August — "Di Pezza" by Red One Duo (Chiara Serges and Gabriele Gonzo);
- 28 August — "Le imprese di Orlando per amore di Angelica" (The Deeds of Orlando for the Love of Angelica), Opera dei Pupi by the Marionettistica Fratelli Napoli of Catania;
- 31 August — "Lentamente…la favola della lumaca" (Slowly…the Snail's Fable) by OTQA/Casa Teatro of Palermo;
- 4 September — "Grande spettacolo di Circo" (Great Circus Show) by the Sbadaclown company;
- 6 September — "Hamelin – la città del silenzio" (Hamelin – The City of Silence) by Compagnia Decalè of Palermo.
The festival confirmed its vocation for high-quality popular theatre overlooking the sea, blending Sicilian tradition with contemporary languages.
