Tavagnasco Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Tavagnasco Carnival followed the traditional two-day program, staying true to the customs of this small town in the province of Turin. The children's masquerade party, featuring a costume parade and awards, opened the festivities, followed by the grand polenta and cod dinner in the municipal gymnasium.

The most anticipated moment remained the distribution in Piazza del Municipio of fagioli grassi, miasse, and tripe, the signature flavors of the Tavagnasco Carnival, accompanied by a community lunch. It was an edition defined by conviviality and a strong connection to the gastronomic roots of the Canavese region.
