TAU 2025 in Urbisaglia

The 2025 edition of TAU - Teatri Antichi Uniti confirmed Urbisaglia as one of the symbolic locations of the Marche festival dedicated to theatre in archaeological sites. The Roman Amphitheatre of Urbs Salvia hosted four evening performances, organised by AMAT with the Marche Region and the Municipality of Urbisaglia.

• July 3 - Le Memorie di Adriano with Alessandro Preziosi.
• July 10 - Ziya Azazi with Dip & Ember (Prometheus Fight).
• July 20 - Enrico Galiano with Sei un mito! Scopri chi sei attraverso i miti greci (You are a myth! Discover who you are through Greek myths).
• July 31 - Antigone e i suoi fratelli (Antigone and her brothers), directed by Gabriele Vacis with Potenziali Evocati Multimediali.

As every year, the programme combined major names from the Italian scene and reinterpretations of myth and ancient tragedy, in an extraordinarily evocative archaeological setting, confirming TAU as one of the main cultural events of the summer in the Macerata hinterland.
