Edition 2025 — Tagliariegli e Ciceri Festival

The thirteenth Tagliariegli e Ciceri Festival took place on Saturday, August 2nd and Sunday, August 3rd, 2025, in Roccaromana, in the province of Caserta, organized by the Pro Loco. Two evenings dedicated to egg-free tagliolini served with chickpeas, the most signature dish of the Upper Caserta area, along with other traditional local specialties, in a village festival atmosphere that attracted residents and visitors from neighboring towns.

The 2025 edition

The 13th Tagliariegli e Ciceri Festival was held on August 2nd and 3rd, 2025, in Roccaromana, in the Upper Caserta area, on the initiative of the local Pro Loco. As every year, the event focused on tagliariegli, hand-rolled egg-free tagliolini, served with ciceri, the chickpeas of the rural tradition.

The two evenings featured the festival's proven formula: food stalls managed by volunteers, specialties from the Caserta and Campania regions, local wine, and musical entertainment in the center of the village. The 2025 edition preceded the 2026 edition, the fourteenth, scheduled for August 1st and 2nd in Piazza San Cataldo.
