The 12th edition of the TACT Festival was held from June 17 to 22, 2025, focusing on the Barriera Vecchia neighbourhood. As part of the Municipality's "Trieste Estate Fuoricentro" review, it offered over 30 events distributed across 8 significant locations in the neighbourhood, including performances, shows, concerts, workshops, and exhibitions spread throughout the urban space.

Organized by the CUT University Theatre Centre of Trieste, the edition attracted around 2500 attendees, with all events offering free admission (donations welcome), reinforcing the strong bond between the festival and the neighbourhood community.
