Edition 2025 — Sweet Fritter Festival

The 59th edition of the Sweet Fritter Festival took place on Sunday, April 6, 2025, in Marliana, from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. As per tradition, sweet chestnut flour fritters were cooked in the large pan and offered for free to all attendees during a festive day in the Pistoia Mountains village.

The 59th edition of the Sweet Fritter Festival was held in Marliana on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. The event confirmed its most beloved format: the free distribution of sweet chestnut flour fritters, sweet and savory necci, an artisanal market, and live music with Roby DJ. The traditional gathering with a static demonstration of 4x4 off-road vehicles from the Valdinievole Club was also a highlight. The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Marliana, brought together locals and visitors from the Valdinievole area in the square.
