Edition 2025 — Suoni dal Monviso in Bagnolo

In 2025, Suoni dal Monviso celebrated its twenty-first edition under the theme "Guard the Fire." The festival, promoted by the I Polifonici del Marchesato Association, opened on Friday, June 6, in the Cathedral of Saluzzo with a monumental performance of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, played by an orchestra of seventy members and a choir of over one hundred and fifty voices, subsequently distributing concerts among the Monviso valleys, in the Province of Cuneo.

The 2025 edition of Suoni dal Monviso marked twenty-one years of the event, with the theme "Guard the Fire," inspired by Gustav Mahler's words on tradition as a living transmission of energy.

The festival, part of the Suoni delle Terre del Monviso lineup, inaugurated on June 6, 2025, in the Cathedral of Saluzzo with Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, performed by an orchestra of seventy members and a choir of over one hundred and fifty voices. Organized by the I Polifonici del Marchesato Association, the festival brought great music to the municipalities of the Cuneo valleys, in Piedmont, until autumn.
