Edition 2025 — Summer Solstice

The 26th edition of the Summer Solstice Festival took place from June 13 to 23, 2025, in the villages of Pruno, Volegno, and Cardoso in Stazzema, with the theme 'Liberation. Paths towards freedom.' The program included an exhibition by Oliviero Toscani on the survivors of Sant'Anna di Stazzema, lectures with Marco Cappato and Nicolò Oppicelli, hikes, street bouldering, the double sunrise on Monte Forato, and dawn and square concerts.

The 2025 edition of the Summer Solstice Festival, the 26th, was held from June 13 to 23, 2025, between the hamlets of Pruno, Volegno, and Cardoso in Stazzema, with the theme "Liberation. Paths towards freedom."

Among the most important events were the photography exhibition by Oliviero Toscani set up in the alleys of Pruno and Volegno (The children remember. Sant'Anna di Stazzema, August 12, 1944), lectures with Marco Cappato on end-of-life issues and with Nicolò Oppicelli on the kingdom of fungi, a day of climbing and street bouldering among the village houses, hikes along war trenches, the concert at the Pieve di San Nicolò, and the double sunrise phenomenon on Monte Forato. The event concluded with the Baldoria di San Giovanni.
