Edition 2025 — Guardabosone Bread Festival

In 2025, the Bread Festival once again fired up the historic S.O.M.S. oven in Guardabosone, confirming a tradition restored in 2011. A Sunday in early summer marked by the baking of micconi and a communal lunch along Via Mazzini, as part of the Summer in the Square series in the Valsesia village.

The 2025 edition of the Bread Festival renewed the ritual of baking in the historic oven of the Workers' Mutual Aid Society in Guardabosone. As per tradition, the morning was dedicated to baking white and rye micconi, which were distributed to those present, while long tables were set up along Via Mazzini for a communal lunch, preceded by an aperitif. The day, part of the Summer in the Square program, attracted residents and visitors from neighboring towns in Valsesia, with proceeds going to support the S.O.M.S.'s mutual aid activities.
