Summer Diary 2025 in Scicli

The 2025 edition of Summer in Scicli, named "Summer Diary 2025", offered from July to September a program spread between the historic center and the seaside villages of Donnalucata, Sampieri, Cava d'Aliga, and Bruca.

Among the most popular events were the literary review "Autori & Libri" in Sampieri (July 22 - September 7), with guests such as Massimo Cacciari, Simonetta Agnello Hornby, Ester Pantano, Peppino Mazzotta, and Christian Greco; the itinerant cultural events dedicated to the centenary of Andrea Camilleri ("L'Eco di Camilleri"); the Filinona Festival and the Incanto Barocco Festival on the musical side; and the independent festival MAST (August 1-9) on the theme of the "Vortex".

The program was completed by the open-air cinema at the Donnalucata arena, photography exhibitions at Palazzo Mormino, theatrical performances for families, the "Un'estate al museo" (A Summer at the Museum) review, and the International Street Food event in Piazza Italia. Most events were free of charge.
