Edition 2025 — Sughitti Festival

In 2025, the Sughitti Festival of Montecassiano celebrated its 50th edition, a historic milestone. From October 3rd to 5th, the village in Macerata welcomed thousands of visitors: over 4,500 portions of 'sughitti' served, guests like Natasha Stefanenko and the chef from Tipicità Academy, alongside allegorical floats, taverns, show cooking, and the harvest re-enactment.

50 Years of the Sughitti Festival

The 2025 edition of the Sughitti Festival celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of the event, held in Montecassiano from October 3rd to 5th, 2025, as part of the Grand Tour of the Marche and the Tipicità circuit.

Among the most popular events were: the presentation of the book "Dalle Marche con amore" with Natasha Stefanenko in Piazza Unità d'Italia, show cooking sessions with revisited 'sughitti' recipes, the Autumn Fair, the parade of allegorical floats and folklore groups, and popular dance workshops. The festival was a great success, with over 4,500 portions of 'sughitti' served in the village taverns.
