Stringozzo with Cinta Senese Festival

The 2025 edition of the Stringozzo with Cinta Senese Festival was held at Parco Danielli in Buti, as part of the rich calendar of summer festivals that sees the Palio districts and local associations take turns at the stoves each year. As per tradition, the menu featured stringozzi alla Cinta alongside stringozzi with porcini mushrooms, pork loin, and fried mushrooms. The Contrada Pievania managed the organization, with food stalls open every evening, capturing the festive atmosphere typical of summer nights in the Province of Pisa.
