Edition 2025 — Stregati dai Vicoli

The third edition of Stregati dai Vicoli took place in Ponte (BN) from October 31st to November 2nd, 2025, transforming the ancient village into an open-air theater. Three days of free admission featuring artisan and hobbyist stalls, tastings of Sannio dishes, special opening of the Historical Museum, guided tours covering history, legends, and botany, children's workshops, and evening concerts. The edition saw a high turnout of visitors.

Stregati dai Vicoli 2025: the third edition

From October 31st to November 2nd, 2025, the historic center of Ponte, in the Province of Benevento, hosted the third edition of Stregati dai Vicoli, organized by the Pro Loco of Ponte. The event opened on Friday from 4:00 PM to midnight, while on Saturday and Sunday the village remained lively from 11:00 AM to midnight, always with free admission.

This edition marked a step up: exhibitors arrived from various Italian regions, thematic trails wound through the "vichi," and the Historical Museum of Ponte opened with four rooms dedicated to archaeological finds, ancient documents, traditional costumes, and vintage postcards, alongside the «Casa dei Vicoli Stregati» with its theatrical sets. Alongside food stalls—tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, caciocavallo impiccato, padellaccia, tripe, montanare, artisanal sweets, local wine, and craft beer—there were creative workshops for children, art installations, and evening concerts.

The festival involved citizens, artisans, schools, families, and local associations, bringing the story of the janare and the legend of Flumena back to the center as cultural heritage of the territory. The outcome was a high influx of visitors and positive impacts for local businesses.
