Edition 2025 — Street Poetry

The XXVII edition of the Street Poetry Award renewed the appointment with unpublished poetry conceived in 1998 by Alessandro Seri and curated by the Licenze Poetiche association. As is tradition, the competition selected ten finalists, whose poems were interpreted on canvas by ten artists, enriching the award's historic collection.

The XXVII edition of the Street Poetry Award continued the journey of a competition that, since 1998, has been collecting voices of Italian and international unpublished poetry. Curated by the cultural association Licenze Poetiche of Macerata, the award confirmed the formula that intertwines word and image: the texts of the ten finalists, chosen by a technical jury and also evaluated by a popular jury, were entrusted to as many artists for the creation of canvases, which expand the collection started in 2006. An edition that anticipated the award's move, the following year, to the village of Loro Piceno.
