Edition 2025 — Strauben-Fest

The 2025 edition of the Strauben-Fest took place on August 20, 2025, at the Madritschhütte, above Solda all'Ortles. As per tradition, Strauben, the typical South Tyrolean funnel cakes, were prepared and offered for free tasting, accompanied by live music and regional specialties, as part of the Seilbahnen Sulden summer at altitude calendar.

In 2025, the Strauben-Fest brought the Madritschhütte above Solda all'Ortles (Stelvio/Stilfs) to life with the customary free tasting of Strauben, the traditional South Tyrolean funnel cakes prepared on the spot. The festival, accompanied by live music and other regional specialties, was held at an altitude of approximately 2,800 meters with a view of the Ortler group, confirming its status as one of the most appreciated gastronomic events of the summer at altitude in the Ortler ski area.
