The 37th edition, Friday, August 22, 2025

On August 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM, the Laceno Plateau hosted the 37th edition of Stralaceno, organized by the Stralaceno Committee and included in the Estate Caposelese 2025 program, the summer calendar promoted by the Municipality of Caposele and the Pro Loco with over thirty events between late July and September 10.

The race took place on the usual 5.585 km loop, with start and finish near the 4 Camini hotel. At the finish line, 48 classified athletes were recorded, a great turnout for a race reserved solely for the Caposele sporting community.

The victory went once again to Daniele Caprio, who finished in 18'14'', confirming his unbeaten status on the plateau since 2012. Behind him were Michael Luongo, second in 18'37'', and Donato Ceres, third in 21'33''. The 2025 edition was also the first held after the signing and registration of the event's statute in June of the same year.
