Edition 2025 — Strade Bianche

The 2025 edition of the Strade Bianche provided a great spectacle in the Crete Senesi. Tadej Pogačar won the men's race for the third time, equaling Fabian Cancellara's record, while Demi Vollering triumphed in the Women Élite event. On Sunday, the Gran Fondo attracted thousands of amateurs to the gravel roads of the Castelnuovo Berardenga area.

Strade Bianche 2025

The 2025 edition was full of excitement. In the men's race, world champion Tadej Pogačar triumphed for the third time in Siena, equaling the record of Fabian Cancellara: after a fall on the descent of Monteaperti, in the territory of Castelnuovo Berardenga, he recovered and attacked about 18 km from the finish, winning solo in Piazza del Campo ahead of Tom Pidcock and Tim Wellens.

In the Women Élite race, Demi Vollering got the better of a very tight duel with Anna van der Breggen, decided on the final ramp of Via Santa Caterina; third place went to Pauline Ferrand-Prévot. On Sunday, the Gran Fondo Strade Bianche confirmed the great appeal of the amateur event, with thousands of participants on the gravel roads of the Crete Senesi.
