DRIFFest 2025 in Giovinazzo
The 16th edition of the "Del Racconto, il Film" Festival enlivened the Apulian summer from 17 June to 26 July 2025 with 21 events spread across Bari, Giovinazzo, Modugno, Rutigliano, Sannicandro di Bari, and the prisons of Turi and Trani, always under the artistic direction of Giancarlo Visitilli and the management of the Cooperativa Sociale I Bambini di Truffaut.
In Giovinazzo, at the Piazzale Aeronautica Militare Amphitheatre, the festival offered two evenings with free admission. On 26 June, with the event "Del Racconto, le mancanze", the audience met Manuela Montanaro and attended the screening of the film Ciao Bambino by Edgardo Pistone, in the presence of the director and the actors Marco Adamo and Anastasiia Kaletchuk. On 11 July, the evening "Del Racconto, la Poesia" was dedicated to the figure of Emily Dickinson. In 2025 as well, all screenings and presentations started at 7:30 PM, with free admission subject to availability.
