Edition 2025 — Stinco Festival

In June 2025, the Stinco Festival in Prarolo held its annual edition at the town's Centro Polifunzionale, in the Vercelli province. Organized by the Pro Loco, the festival featured its usual food stalls serving braised pork shank, dance evenings, and live music, confirming its status as one of the most beloved events in the Vercelli lowlands.

The 2025 edition of the Stinco Festival renewed the tradition in Prarolo of the village feast dedicated to the pork shank, a symbolic dish of popular Piedmontese cuisine. At the Centro Polifunzionale, volunteers from the Pro Loco of Prarolo enlivened the weekend with food stalls, musical evenings, and moments of conviviality for families and visitors. As every year, the festival combined good food with entertainment, with music and dancing framing the braised pork shank dinners, in the warm and genuine atmosphere that has always distinguished this event in the Vercelli province.
